Working on a bike that has a sorted history. Don't know any more about the motor other than it is a '83 or '84 CB or CM 450. Trying to figure out if we need a CDI when rewiring with a Motogadget M Unit?

Would appreciate help as we try to determine a wiring diagram.

Cheers,
Eric

Notice where it says on the wiring diagram "breaker or sensor"
... it wouldn't say "breaker" unless they are referring to breaker points ;)

Does your motor have 2 valves per cylinder (CB350),
3 valves per cylinder (CM350 & CM450)
or double overhead cams and torsion valve springs (CB450)

But the motogadget makes wiring a breeze. So few wires, so clean, so simple.

Just a pure and amazing harness.
So easy a hipster can do it.

Im still on the fence actually about it.

People have ZERO idea what it actually is and really over hype it.
But it has its place.
Might use it this winter on the chopper build.
