So what happened, you put a 170cc big bore kit on and your clearances were non existent?

I guess that's what happened. Triple checked valves but Im starting to gaslight myself now...
However, flushed out x4, even found a bit of the cam cover from last catastrophe.
The Battle continues. New 150 kit on its way.
