how do i get this sucker off?

i know i need to remove the bolts, but what do i use to get them out of that recess?

i've been out of the country and haven't had a chance to pull the coil off my bike yet and i'm wondering...

is the spark plug wire on my '75 cl360 removable or is it permanently attached to the coil?
