Coils

They always say that when you gain one thing you lose another or the other way around. If coils that have less ohms charge faster, than why not run 1.5 instead of 3.5? I'm just curious, I have to run a different coil. I found out that the coil I've been running is not the 3.5 that was on the box but 4.8. The reason why I ask is cause I have a 2.8 but don't know a lot about coils to know if that's a good idea or a bad idea.

I went away this weekend but had a feeling when I got back I'd have to sift through Joes blah, blah, blah to get my answer.

Is anyone one racing Mid-O or Carolina Motorsports Park?

Aaron
Actually Joe I gave just right amount of info cause I knew Johnny would cover all the rest of what I was looking for. I know how coils work, I just wanted to know of all the draw backs to low ohms. Also why don't you prduce a none stock motor and race bike that's reliable and then speak of how you do it, you know like from experience.

I've never been to CMP.

Yah but I unfortunately he knows I'm just joking. It would be funnier if it was someone I didn't know or like. How do you think he got the name "The Dahlia Lama"

Joe,
I wasn't saying that the Honda was reliable at all. I was asking the question not giving the answer. That reference was for someone with experience to answer the question, not you. I was just stateing that you've never seen the inside of your motor so I was wondering how good of mechanical and technical skills and expertise you could really give. It must be hard to live every day life seeing everything the wrong way, it must be like your working twice as hard and going backwards the harder you work. Maybe thats why you have such negeative undertones in things you say.

Also the BSA was always reliable under 8000, it just specifically asked me to run it above 9000, but don't worry you'll get to run against it again.

That whole English and everything in reverse thing has got you all screwed up. Your the one who put Mikes battery in his BSA at Gunstock right?

I don't mean seeing a picture of the inside of your motor. I mean actually someone pulling it apart.

Sorry about that dude. I go to the shop on Tuesday nights and Saturday days as my new schedule. So because I'm not there all the time I leave my phone in the van. I was working on an exhaust for the sloper. Man... my other pipe was way off. As Branson said Ahhh, your pipe sucks.
