Bonhams and The Museum of Transportation announce their inaugural auction of rare motor cars, motorcycles, and automobilia to be held at the Museum's home in Brookline, Massachusetts.
Housed in the original 19th century Anderson family carriage house, the Museum of Transportation showcases the oldest collection of historic automobiles in the nation. The site was first opened to the public in 1927, honouring Boston's socialites Larz and Isabel Anderson's wish to share their early vehicles with the public.
