custom cafe parts from Canada

Hi,

First off let me say that it so rad to see at ton of people keeping classic biking alive!

If anyone is interested in getting some parts machined for their cafe/custom application please let me know. I am hoping to have my bike put on caferacer.net soon so that you can see my work.

I can work in aluminum and stainless and have made some bodywork out of fiberglass as well. I can produce items like rearsets, handlebars (clipons), triple clamps, signal lights and pretty much anything you can dream up.

Please note I am simply a machinist and designer that likes bikes and cutting metal. I am not trying to get rich from doing this so feel free to e-mail me or respond to this message with any questions or comments as I would love to start making any parts anyone needs for their cafes.

Geeto67,

At present I do not personally do any CNC machining as I don't have a CNC machining center at my disposal. However, I do have a local machine shop that I deal with that has very good cnc rates, $75 CAD/hour compared to the normal $100 - $125 CAD that you would normally pay. I also have some waterjet companies that I deal with that work well if the cad data is simply a 2d profile.

If you'd like, you can send me the data and we can go from there, I can accept data in most 2d or 3d formats (I use solidworks for design software). e-mail me at [email protected] if you'd like to look into this a little further.

best Regards

Jay
