Dicks Cycle West tank/seat

I have a NOS Dicks Cycle West tank/seat combo, it’s obvious that gas has never been poured inside. It’s black, I can share pics, I am located in Milwaukee Wi. Structurally awesome, it just needs someone to paint it and a bike for it to rest on!
