So, I guess when the manual says 8lbs of tourqe, they mean it.
I replace my clutch plates and disks on my CB750K5. when I went to put it back together I crancked on a bolt too hard and snapped the post on the clutch preassure plate.
Apparently Honda does not make the plate anymore. I have found one on ebay with a starting bid of $50. I also found a clutch assembly with a starting bid of $15. We'll see how those pan out.
I was thinking of using JB weld to see if I can repair the snapped post. Anyone have any comments on the wisdom (or lack thereof) of that idea?
Better yet, anyone have a clutch preassure plate for a 1975 CB750 K5?
