After swearing off Ducs for years....I gotta say...if they sell that for a reasonable price and it's street legal...I might have to look into getting one. That's a seriously cool looking bike.

call me crazy but isn't that just a monster frame and ds engine with multistrada forks, s4r monster swingarm and rear wheel with taller monoshock. About the only one off pieces on the thing are the bolt on subframe and the bodywork. doesn't seem like something that would be all that difficult to put into production soon. Plus, since it uses off the shelf parts for the major components, they could cut a lot of costs and price it right around the same as a monster.

I say ducati should build it.....but I'll still buy a sport classic paulsmart or sport 1000 before it.


BTW, anybody else see the ad for the paulsmart 1000 here in NYC (craigslist) that the guy was trying to sell for $32,000...the bike retails for under $20K, rediculous.

the frame is close but slightly different, monster also has a steeper rake. but still you have a point, you'd think they could produce it for a reasonable price. as they say, that's hot
