you might want to look into one of the points conversions for cars. They have them for 4 cylinder motors, you might be able to adapt it. Call around most of the companies can easily give you the specs and suggestions on their conversion kits
i did the dyna ignition and coils on my cb750, best money i ever spent on the bike. be sure whne you do the conversion you get coils to match the ignition. the stock coils will not work properly with and will eventually damage an electronic ignition module.
