I have noticed a few people mention where they are from and for the most part it has all been in the northeast (Boston, NY,etc..). Is this an erea based forum? I live in oklahoma and i dont know a single person here that is into these older bikes. Most of the time when i mention this hobby, they dont know what im talking about. I googled "vintage motorcycle forum oklahoma" and got basically nothing. same thing when i googled "cafe racer oklahoma". Whats the deal?

Yeah bro, most of the guys here are from the NE or Eastern Seaboard somewhere...although there is a contingent from the Chicago area I think, and a guy in Alaska.
No mystery...this site was created by a couple of guys that started racing in NH.

Musicals? What? come on.... No but really there arent any other cafereacer enthusiasts as far as i can tell. i wouldnt even know how to start advertising to start some kind of group. I am new to this whole scene though.I am 26 and always been into sportbikes. i started learning about cafe's and was instantly attracted! maybe it will just take time to find local people. If i build it, will they come?haha! i kill me!!

Hey Sorry not trying to steal the thread or anything but..... Bandit remember me? I the guy living in London. Just picked up a 74 CB360T. Wonder if I might be able to take you up on that offer to pick your brain so to speak??? Maybe have a look at that 400F tank you got on your 350.
