unga, the funny thing about it was the repoter came by and said hello, took the picture and left. all the info was from past articles he must have saved because he said the same damn thing a couple years ago.

I'm really bummed TT couldn't make it, perfect weather and almost the whole CAFERACER crew on site. Tim, you were missed!!

liked the grass move in 3? I came out of that shit with a freaking vengence, i really wish we had transponders. I bet I took HUGE chunks out of my (slow-ass) times on those last 3 laps. Probably my best laps yet.
All in all I had a blast, finally a good turnout with all the anti-V.C. USCRA'ers in attendance. That LWSV grid was stupendous! Almost the whole club in one race! I had fun passing evil and camelhairy in 3 (my first) they promptly blew me away but I was elated all the same. (Frank, sorry if I almost took you out!) ...went in the grass 3 times over the course of the day but didn't go down. Felt slow but liked the new gearing. The track is pretty fun when it's dry.
My third race ever and it's only getting better.
JerseyGirl killed it! Man, she is going to be a force to recon with.
Rookie George, heal up brother! Let us know if you need anything for the bike.
Cheers also to Whatevs, not only for putting up with me the whole weekend but ignoring the 'ducati gurus', fixing his Duc and promptly stomping a 2nd place finish in 500gp. Good job. I hope you ate cereal out of that thing this morning!
Joe C? The guy whose bike went from near-death to 'most likely to be protested' in the course of two days? Killer riding with you.
Sotoman, Joe C, Lonewolf, Mike O, JAM614, RookieGeorge... and the whole FCB gang: damn I wish the race was longer! How about some FCB endurance races?
Branson VS. Matt in 200gp(?) freakin' dicing it up! I have some pics I'll post later. Good stuff. Also Champ VS. Steve D. was a blast to watch, man those guys were going at it!

I think the Wankers, Clever Dogs, NHF etc should all form up at the races in a CafeRacer Army group. Take over an entire area of the infield...wreak havoc, intimidate competitors and in general be a force to be reckoned with.
Instead of the Army of Darkness.....we could be like the Army of Dimness...or something like that.

Great to see everyone at the track. Not so great to drive home in a sling. At least I WAS able to drive home. I should have black-flagged myself when I realized how badly I'd misadjusted my brake. Instead I went for a pass before the hardest braking turn on the track and made a mess. (in a bump class, no less!) Thank goodness Barry was able to ride away and is a good sport. The x-ray is ugly and the grinding noises a bit unsettling, but I'll be back out there soon. That killer Tannermatic glasswork barely got scratched! Thanks a ton to the folks that helped me load up the gear, and to the cornerworkers and EMT's that sorted me out after the wreck.

Hey dashing Dom...how many visits to the track(s) did it take you to actually turn a lap at speed? You can't call the wankermobile a POS just yet....without calling that ghetto racer of yours one as well!

Just give me the word and I will draft up a "declaration of war". But first we will have to use Champ's influence with the powers to be within USCRA to amend the by-laws/rules to permit independent, non-sanctioned, non-sponsored groups -- which are capable of drinking several cases of beer in an evening and starting large fires "BURN DOWN THAT TENT" -- to unilaterally declare war. Oh, and we will sneak in as a line item tt's bashed up Hinkley Bonnie and allow him to race it with the HDs. Anyone want anything else? <img src=icon_smile_evil.gif border=0 align=middle>
