I'm in need of some information, How much Oil do I need in my front Forks. I have the old CB160 Steel sliders.
Is ther any best choice as to weight and type of oil.

HEY BERT!!

How goes it? Missed you and Mosport/Shannon this year.

The only info I have on hand says 135-145cc of 10w-30. per leg.

But that's from a third party manual, not a honda service manual.

If you are racing it....actually even just riding on the street I prefer at least straight 20 wt fork oil, or heavier if you can find it. With heavy oil these old forks almost feel like they are doing something
