Hey FR, when mounting larger carbs on the CB450, use larger manifolds. File their bolt holes into slots. Also need to machine flat the lower outer bolts that hold on the intake valve cover, otherwise the carbs won't fit.

Thanks. Progress is slow. I need heat in the garage. I've got a propane space heater, but I have to open a window to vent it, so it's not very effective. I'm mocking up a seat/tailpiece for it now, and trying to suss out the rearsets, and some frame stuff.
I still don't know how to post a picture to this sight, even though I've seen it explained several times, so I don't think you'll be seeing any pics, unless I get so proud of it that I have to learn how to do that.
Mostly in the parts research and acquisition stage right now.
