hold the applause, not my own, just a dirty re-post:
"The torsion bars should read 60 inch-pounds as a minimum, (deflecting them from neutral pressure to alignment with the guide tube that retains the end.).... I have found most will read about 75/80 inch-pounds unless they have been over-revved..... "
Haven't found any "new" specs but, better to have something...
