Rob - i've heard the Helds are really good. one of my friends from LRRS uses them...his best time is a 1:13.2 i think, and he trusts them so i guess that's good for something.
John - i read some all-leather glove's promo one time that said, 'we don't use carbon/kevlar that just shatters when you fall', and all i could think was, "well at least my knuckles aren't shattering". but i don't really know the truth. you feel like you've gotten away from some bad falls with healthier hands that you should have? how many times have you crashed with them?
