I have posted many silly priced things in the other CL thread.

But sometimes there are actually sweet and well priced things that deserve a look. Like this Hodaka:

Wasnt that the "super mono" class or something. Ducati built a bike for it.

Whoever had that to put the miles on it
had a pretty cool ride for a while there.

Something different.
This guy is in Vancouver, BC. Has some interesting bikes listed. Multiply by 0.75 to change prices to US dollars.

Too pretty to ride... :(

I wouldn't have the willpower to leave it parked.

I think a 749R was on Jags wish list?

I was/am shopping for a 999R or 748R.
A 749R would be cool though.

I guess that price isnt terrible for the miles. But honestly I do not value the miles at all as I have no plans to put it in my living room.

The dirt tracker would make a much better conversation piece in the living room, although you may end up sleeping in the garage at the suggestion. I agree, I would not want to own bikes I don't ride.
Funny you say that.
The speedway bike might end up on display inside the house.
Last weekend I almost put the SB8K in the livingroom while my wife was out.

Or traded to someone for something I would actually use.

I was flipping through Mecums, Vegas and was trying to convince my wife how nice this Flying Merkel would look in the sunroom. And when people ask you get to say "it's a Flying Merkel". Perfect colour, interesting name, I still don't get what the objection is.
My wife is an art teacher so she appreciates the design of some motorcycles.
She just doesn't like that they feel out of place inside the home. Plan to build a shed/gallery for a couple of the bikes this year. Will be great by the pool.

Inside the house is reserved for our share don't passion for collecting art.
Although a Damien Hirst can't do 180mph....
Rickman fairings.
Rickman fairings.
Not a terrible price. The real prize in that package are the brackets that bolt up to the Z1/KZ frame.

Yea that sounded pretty realistic to me. Gotta be a deal in a land where money actually is worth something.😊

When I bought my two rickman fairings in 2013/14 I think I paid about $650 US for a full fairing and a half fairing plus two sets of brackets

Then at $450US they are a pretty good deal. Vintage stuff of quality has certainly gone up since then.

I've done a pretty good job in avoiding buying rare Z1 parts lately... but still, I should really probably pare down my parts stash in preparation for moving back to texas.

Still need to sell the GS750
