I came across the site looking for roller starters and thought I'd join.
I'm Randy Talburt from Wyoming for the last 40 years.
I've got more motorcycles than could ever be labeled sensible. Cafe/Sport bikes have always been my passion. I still have my 1st bike/Cafe bike. BMW R100CS. Unfortunately I traded my XLCR for a S1 Buell. I sold my GS1100E for space reasons.
I currently have a garage full of twins, (Ducati,Buell,Suzuki SV), singles (2 S40s,KTM300,Beta 270 Rev3,Bultaco 350 Sherpa T,Yamaha YSR50)
I'm currently building a S40 into a cafe bike. I hope to get some pics floating around.

Welcome and I’d be interested to hear about what you come up with for a roller starter and how it works out. My plan is to build one, but assembling the bikes that need the starter are consuming my life at the moment. Are you using it for a race bike or are you amongst the old farts that risk life and limb starting cantankerous singles and twins? Have you checked out Docz ? I don’t have any experience with them, but know a fellow who has one and could ask his opinion. He owns a fleet of Gold Stars, so it gets used a lot.
