the weather was great. the racing was super. DCH; great to see you doing the business start to finish. rosko, and all the other wanks...as always a pleasure to see you out there. missed tt though. as usual, the camels put on a great father son show . and johnny b. oh man. way to make that rig rip. it was a blast to watch you from about every vantage point possible. my coil won't fall off next time.
parks

Wish I had been there! Spent the weekend working on the Giro bikes...the Honda, as usual, needs nothing but a back tire. The Ducati needs everything..

Parks, did the coneman pick up the Honda for me?

No wankers.
Except Rosko . . . . who stayed in front of me. Get faster in the corners and you'll win soon.

and do tell about layin down in the back of my truck being sneaked into NHIS at midnight and boy did Tannnermatic and I get in BIG trouble with the LAW

what a party.

Zach, how's the hole?

Absolutely a VERY BAD DECISION. We REALLY DON'T NEED this type of behavior/situation and for those involved you should be ashamed of yourself as it is not funny. I personally work very hard to keep good relations with NHIS. I do not take this lightly. Grow up.

Lots of great racing.
And Parks...if I had known that was you behind me a couple of laps sooner I would have knocked off another second or so...and I bet you wouldn't have caught me until about T-12 and it would have been a 200 yard dash to the finish...that I think you would have won. I was seriously bummed your bike broke, I would have rather finished second to you in a squeaker at the finish line. It was providence I tell you...cause the exact moment your coil died...I was committing to a pretty agressive line through eight that probably would have left either you pretty pissed, or me on the ground....or both items. I dropped it to 4th and twisted it up to 13,000 and was going to go outside and try to beat you to the apex at T-9. It would have looked really cool, or really stupid depending on the outcome.

I saw someone carring Zack around like with two fingers like a six-pack.

Did Jersey really pass Lonewolf? I didn't manage to pass him all day.

John S.
So this vehicle zooms by us on the highway...got a couple of bike in the back....I looked at Mary and said who the hell was that? She said it must be John....the bike were #58. I said "Hey...what did he yell?" She's like I don't know..... I'm thinking, I'm thinking...it sounded like.... oh yeah! "ONE POINT!!!" I freakin laughed my ass off for ten minutes :)
JohnnyB

PS. Aaron showed and had a full day of racing. 50 class, 200gp and UltraLightweight. Jeremy finished a race or two in good form. Lonewolf finally got what he deserves....a championship. ( All due to my excellent brake work :). Beautiful day and some fast racing, track conditions seemed excellent.

as always, it was the people that made the event, thanks to ALL who gave me moral and technical support, Champ, BFD, Jerseygirl, Parks, Will, Henry...Dreamqueen and J, everyone passed me with class..!!! and everyone passed me, some more the once..I had to grin when bfd flew by on the now running well bfd-200gpII bike, well done bfd, congrats to JB, I assume you won..I did what I came to do, get time on the track, start and finish on 2 wheels and with all my parts. The BFD-200gpI bike never missed a beat, don't those pipes sound great JB. My boy Jeff had a great time, Champ got him up close and personal to the track so maybe in a week or so we'll have some entertaining video.

thanks to all !!! see'ya'all at the giro...team160 rules.........

Anybody know how my bike, ridden by dreamqueen(Beth) did in FCB?
Well Jack - here's the whole scoop. Your bike passed tech with no problems. It is running fine. I went down however in my first race (Grandmasters), at corner 11 but the bike sustained only minor damage to parts that are easily replaced (with upgrades!). So I never made it to the FCB race. I hope to be able to run Frontierland with it.
You shall still get it back in better shape than ever!

See you at the Giro.

DCH Glad you saw the checkered flag this time, good feeling isn't it?! We finally broke the curse on the Ex-Evil 175, with no small amount of support from JohnnyB and encouragement from everybody else. Felt good to chase Rosko around in practice and finish on 2 Cylinders. Great race with Jeremy in 200GP, came down to a drag race from T12 to the line. Thanks Jeremy
Got the sidecar back out for the first time this season. Tannerman is the best passenger in the business. First practice sucked but it got much better every session after that. We were in a couple of good races and saw some crazy s__t. Looked like a video game
It's always great to watch your friends walk up to the podium- Joe Ruth, Jam614, JohnnyB, MaryB, Craig641 but just as enjoyable to see everybody again.
Come on Frontierland

all, sorry most of the wanks couldn't make it. I said early in the season that I was tied down w/ work. But I'm glad Rosko did good and Lonewolf took first finally. Frontier Land will be an exciting race and I, Pete, TT will be there to dice it up and bring home some wood.

Once again congrat's to you all.

Sure wish I could have been there. TT and I were talking on the phone Monday morning just bitchin' at each other for not being there!

Well, sounds like the key to good weather is to keep me away from the track!

I will wait to hear about the parties this past weekend at Frontier Land. Sounds like some of the stories shouldn't be posted on this forum, being that it is a family site and all!

Pete

It can't be said enough that it was a perfect day for racing. It was a perfect day.I was wondering what doing back to back races in the heat was going to be like but it really didn't seem very hot during the races. The race that sticks in my mind was the LWSV.The start was as usual Rabbie,Craig,Garipty and the likes taking off like a shot and into turn 1.At about board 2 or so not sure just where,JerseyGirl goes by and dives into turn one. I follow until turn 11 and make a pass.I start peddling as fast as I can to make my get away.I have a bad habit of looking back coming out of the bowl and see that she is not going away.Half way flags and I am still holding my own. I keep riding hard I know that I can't let off.White flag and i think that I might be able to pull this off.Into turn 3 and up the hill,I have it twisted as tight as it will go when I see a front wheel on the outside at the apex of 4,it quickly turns into a back wheel and into the bowl we go.Great pass.I try to set up for another pass in 11-12,it just wasn't going to happen.Good race Kerri,I look foward to more duels. Joe C. I have lost a friend but the brake is back with Aaron now, parting is such sweet sorrow. The FCB races were fun and I'll take what I came into .Close racing is always more fun and when tt,jd and all show up life will become a little more difficult.Mike O. I think my only advantage was early registration.Jeff, bummer about your clutch we will pick up where we left off at the October event. The moral support from Johnny B. and Mary,Tannermatic, Choppedliver and everyone else I've meet through motorbike racing really does make this game a whole lot of fun.I look foward to a few more year of it a least. See everyone in Oct. I'm counting down the days. AAAAAOOOOOOOOWWWWWW!!!
