Another post about Maine Cycle reminded me about something I witnessed this past fall. My buddy John was looking at some old 2 strokes in the basement when Reggie offered us admission to the "Inner Sanctum" (the floor that most people never get to visit). This floor is filled with complete unmolested bikes. Most of them are not for sale (technically). You name it, its most likely sitting down there. Anybody else been in there?
Jeremy... I bet you have. Think back... long, long ago before you really wanted a 2 wheeled life style. Think back of when you went with aaron to get motorcycle parts when we had no pubic hair. Now remember going to Maine Cycle, talking for a while and then being brought to his special stash. Then seeing your first Rickman Metisse. And if you don't remember I think you would have remembered me saying "wow a rickman metisse", "wow a rickman metisse", "wow a rickman metisse". Anyway I've seen a million of them now, all bikes are scrap metal, I hate them, I hate them all. The Metisse was Red and had a white cowl on the front of the fairing, it was on the left of a series of bikes and had a wall of some sort to its right and there may have been a bike or 2 in between.
