Whether one supports helmet laws or not...that's one crappy piece of journalism. Rife with errors....like suggesting that helmets help reduce neck injuries...when in fact they do the opposite.

Duh...yeah insurers pay the cost...that's why we pay for freakin health insurance. Employers? Just what are employers paying outside the normal health benefits they pay anyway?
Helmet laws are joke anyway...I see the way they are enforced in NY...you could wear a tupperware bowl and not get ticketed. I think not wearing a helmet is dumb...but I think this reporter is dumber.
