dude, im always rubbing stuff on my stick. you dont understand, im sub tropical down here. it's still 65 durring the day down here. not even close to freezing even at night. we wont see snow until early december if were really lucky! seeing 6" of new natural snow on the ground at killington makes me want to throw up. bretton woods has been blowing snow for a week now. i know its generally early in the season even there, but i am really excited about riding this year. even though the hills here suck ass so bad. 800" of verticle elevation. how much does that suck??? i have to drive 90 mins to a hill thats about as big as wachusett. sucks. after the first 4 trips out, i'll be bored again and bitching about how much boarding here sucks. you guys up there dont know how good you have it. we still have primo foliage going down here. i just mowed my lawn yesterday. the leaves on the maple in my front yard are still green! ive been working in the shop with the overhead door open during the day. i have to go cry.....maybe look at waterskis or something
well don't get too excited, this is my first winter in two years. you know what i am really looking foward to good motorcycle weather, this winter shit sucks if you ask me. sorry to be a bummer but you were not forced to ride (ie. it was my job, and i'm going back for this season??). hey you know anyone that wants to buy a 1960 Bug?? i would like $10,000 for it......yeah i see the hands going up right now. gotta sell it, need more motorcycles!!!
i am in need of a new mug so aaron where in the uk are you located or is it just in spirit?? i'll be back there in the next three years, well there or southern france.
ah yes, the ol' winter sucks mug. surely a classic every pissed off brit should have in their cupboard. its even great for tea. corey, send me an address and I'll send ya a mug. it'll help keep your nadgers warm this winter
aarons not in the uk. hes in munich, or is it munchen. im such a dick.
aaron, you gonna answer my kwestion??
i know what you mean about the winter and the work thing, believe me. maybe one answer to the riding problem is to do it for fun! maybe if you dont have to ride and there are no expectations, you'll find it's alot more enjoyable! 10k will buy alot of motorcycle.
so guys.....the snowboard shop that i so proudly got out of debt and worked real hard to make into a great place to shop and even hangout i was informed this morning is going out of business and i do not want to buy it and base myself here indefinatly....seeing how i am moving back home within the next three years. so it's back into the job market for me! that means no sponsership and no free pass' to all of vermont and the US including seven mountains in europe. maybe now i won't have to snowboard this winter, so it's somewhat exciting. i am just very troe up from seeing something that i dedicated so many years and lots of energy to dissolve 'cause of lack of interest and a lazy owner. they are going to file for bankrutcy and close the doors......maybe i can help them but i do not want to buy the business they tried to sell to me once and now the price would be drasticly reduced, i didn't want the head ach then and i don't want it now.
mahalo, i just needed to vent!!
just wanted to keep the snow blowers out there informed....woke up this morn to a good coating of that white stuff you all love so much. well i can't say as i'm too thrilled but it is beautiful. looks like we are going to have a good base for the season on the hill. hey anyone out there with an old triumph that they think i need. yes the search is on going........would love a 1966 t120 with an alpine white tank with red or orange stripes...kinda like this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1871895835&rd=1
