well, they dont have traction control, so i can see how it would happen. although why the front didnt come up, i dont know. on the tv the thing was all out of control. pretty amazing that a guy who is racing at that level can lose control of a bike on the start like that. and the ducatis were definitely on the march. too bad that baylis' tire went south. he was on the move. definitely impressive. it would have been cool to see what would have happened if his tires didnt crap out and if rossi would have passed Gibournet. i cant wait to see baylis and rossi have at it.

I cant wait to see the Ducati team get a chance to ride on race tracks they know, these first few tracks Bayliss has never seen, Caparossi has but the bike hasnt so the setups must be difficult. Bayliss said they moves his rear sets up and they were bothering his knees. The Ducati has been in the lead in both races for a period of time and it is its first time racing. I think that is awsome.

By the way, nice photos, where did you find them?

these pics were on colins website. i think the aprilia has alot of potential. especially after hagas performance last year. rossi seems to be a notorius sandbagger though. i think he probably gave gibernout that win. figuring hes not going to be a threat. we'll see.
