im not asking for you to pay.....im just saying that i have some space, if you and jeremy want it, youre welcome. i know how you hate having people around....but if it rains all weekend, it just sucks. keep it in mind. i'll be there for friday practice, so im getting in on thursday night. i'll most likely be in the garage all by myself. ive asked matt tanner if he wants in, but only after you guys answer. i might be able to round tom turnbull into going, but thats all still questionable at this point too.

Aaron:

Well, the 350 is bitchin. unbelievable. faster.stronger. cooler looking and sounding.

But after a lot of thought, and MANY MANY emails with JB, I decided I had to get the cam refaced. After tearing down the engine 4 times for various reasons after rebuild and running each time to make sure things are just right, I decided that I better take care of cammy. (Did I mention I had to replace the crank? That was shot too. I have replaced about 80% of what this engine had due to the abuse it took when it ran out of oil pressure) So off it went to mega cycle, at which point they said they would not reuse it even to have it refaced. So I sent them a stock 175 cam, and am now awaiting its return which should be by the end of the week if I am lucky. I was polite and sort of asked for a bit of a rush, due to vintage celeb coming up. So i should have about a week to get it all back together, which at this point, takes about 45 minutes from the moment I start to the time I can start it up, due to the fact I have done this so many times.

Now all I need is some good luck. I am going to the Hawk school regardless with the 350 to get some track time in before the vintage celeb and to make sure the bike is all fettled.

see ya soon. I'll have some photos up soon.

Hey Joe,
I have a great idea... mind your own business you **** with a girlfriend. Hawks Racing school is not a USCRA organization so it doesn't automatically go on the site. No one has asked for it to be on there so it hasn't been put on the site. I also admin 5 other sites on top of USCRA site so going out of my way to find things to put on the site isn't my bag nor do I have the time. If you're real worried about it contact Mr. Strempfer or volunteer to do something yourself.

Oh yeah thanks for info.

Send me your addresss and I'll send a newsletter out.

I don't think you're really in the virgin islands.

Take it easy on Phinney. He's got a lot to do. Hawk probably should be on the uscra web site, but there should be a ton of other stuff too. And the newsletter should have come out three weeks earlier and be in all color.

This is the first time for me with hawk, so i do not know the word. But its gotta be better than the penguin thing, no offense to any one there, but it aint vintage. And from what I hear, I'll learn more with the hawk folks goin slow than the penguin guys trying to show everyone the fast lines. Mostly I wanted to get some track time before VC.

so typical of you....have too much to do already, so volunteer to do more! then nothing really gets done. hey, im just giving you crap. it was a joke. i still love you man. and my girlfriend.

if i had it to do over, id do georges thing and not penquin. penquin was fun, but id rather be on the track with similar bikes.

saw mike last night. hes riding back up today. what stunning weather for the ride back north. im pretty jealous. we grabbed dinner and a few beers with tom turnbull. he rode down monday night and said it rained for all but about 10o miles. it took him 9 hours to get here from boston. now thats hardcore. the guys got nuts man.
