so I'm trying to quite down my CB350 twin... I have done "some" (if you know my technical abilities you know that some means little or nothing).. So I'm looking to baffle some of the intake noise with some K&N pods.. has anyone done this and do you happen to have a part number?
Kind regards and I hope everyone is well... see you on sun/mon..

jd-

i have the pods that the K&N site keys out to the 350s. these aren't the nice little tapered pods, but some big, long cylinders:

1971 HONDA CB350 Twin 350 - inc. 2 filters Motorcycle / Powersports Clamp-On Filter Part # RC-0412

out of the box they won't want to go on the carb, but a little muscle or dishsoap and they'll slide right on. also, the hose clamp will have to be tight to keep them on (all my other bikes like them snug, but not tight)....i've had to throw mine into the infield twice when they started to push off the carb with them just snug.

oh, by the way, i think i have my stock front drums working now, so i'll be less likely to ride up your pipe in turn 3 this weekend. i also installed a new ignition and should be able to get off the grid wtihout you having to dance around me.

best. tt
