The quick-and-dirty option is to run total-loss lighting off a 14.4V rechargeable battery. You can find a 3AH cordless drill pack and a charger for around $50-60. I'm guessing that would run a 25W low beam plus an LED stop/tail light for about 90 minutes per charge. I'd just be sure to get a Ni-MH battery so you can reliably recharge it from a totally discharged state.That's both good to know and a bummer at the same time. Lol, I'll get her running smooth, ride her and possibly hack job some lights for her so I can at least be visible in the hood. Thanks for your help guys!
