ok i'll be playing it safe w/ the 75 cl360 and i want to ask about the engine oil before i assume anything. what is the general consensus regarding oil for the older twins w/ no oil filter (u know what i mean). i usually use motul 5100 on my aprilia, but i can use many others out there. well if i can save a buck by using the same oil on both bikes i'd be happy not to leave the leftover from the aprilia sitting in the jug (where i sually forget it!) and i hope that using a high end oil wouldn't harm the honda or be taking a chance w/ using the wrong oil all together. let me know.. thanx

any suggestions as to synthetic or standard. i know some of the detergents can gum up a transmission, but since i've never experienced it i wouldn't know
