heres the block off plate i used for my cb350. i got it from chris marshall. it carries a seal for the crank, and screws to the cases. you do have to machine that joint in the cases flat for this to work, then use tiny town screws to hold the plate in. which means drilling and taping the case. it was all pretty easy to do, but would have been a total pain the ass with out a milling machine. the plate is flanged so it kinda finds the center on its own. which makes drilling the holes for the screws simple. anyway, i said id post pics. here they are.

nah, im livin dangerous. ill just keep an eye on them. its a dry cavity, so i can pull that cover whenever. ill have to go through the thing after the initial run ins anyway. its only simple in theory. getting the bore hole perfectly aligned, then the flange perfect aint easy. then the recess for the seal. i think chris has just given up and has them made now. if anyones looking for this setup, drop me a note or chris a note. hes on the board here. hes "mr daytona".

if you mean the lower hole that oil swishes through, epoxy. if you mean is there something blocking the oil feed for the bearing, um....duh....no.
