i have a pipe to finish my CB125 cafe and the baffles are rolling around in the pipe. whats the best way to remove them?

well, I dont know if it's the best way, but on mine I just cut the ends out with a cut off wheel, a drill and various other tools that were probably not the best choice.
Stuck a broom handle in the small end, couple raps with the hammer and they came out the big end (megaphone pipes)

Ghetto fabulous, but fuck it, it worked.
