Looks good to me. JALSteve is concerned about some technical issues that he raised, but without seeing the parts in the metal it's hard to evaluate them from an engineering perspective.
290mm is the diameter across the outside of the flanges, yes? What diameter is the drum inside? It looks like 200mm or maybe 220mm.
Out of interest, where in China are you? The machining looks very nice, do you have access to CNC machines or manual style machine tools?
