Here's the left side of a 2-2 system that I just built for Bert Lilley up in Canada. Head pipe and meg are just lying next to each other. I think it's a snazzy looking system.

A lot?

Actually...I don't know..depends on how much the tube costs. My guess is IF I could find the tube it would probably run about $200 for the metal. Then there's the fact I've never welded Ti before and the fact I'd probably have to buy a couple of sets of different size bending dies at about $200 each.
What's a store bought system go for? About $800-1000?

Here's a 2-1 meg I just made for A.D.'s 175 high pipe system.

We're just so totally amazed by your brilliance and knowledge that we are stunned into silence.

Actually, we all want you to build stuff for us. We just can't afford it.

Cool...now all is right in my world again.

Alskee, about $250 if it's a system you weld on yourself...meaning you do the mounts for the megs. Problem is....I don't have the right die sizes to bend larger than 1.25" pipe right now. It's about $200 for each die set. CB350 would use about 1.5". Also I don't have a CB350 here to fit one up...so it would require a bike at my shop.

A full bolt on system that I make up for a bike in the shop would probably be closer to $350. I don't make these systems up from bends, the head pipes are one piece, so they have to bent very carefully or I end up with random shaped pieces of tube that are fun to blow like a nordic horn for a few minutes and then throw away.

Sorry AD...had to do it, I'm so pround of that baby.

Zack,
The megs are cold rolled 22ga steel...always shiny and clean when new..the pipes I can do in 18-16ga DOM steel tube or Stainless. However the typical late model race system is a real thin Stainless..requires an expensive CNC mandrel bender. I'd think your best bet is to go with a used after market set. Some of the late model OEM systems are real good too..some all Ti now. If I had the equipment to build what you need I'd do it in a heartbeat.
However...I will gladly send a check for $100 to help you get a system...seriously. Gotta be some decent deals on ebay.

Late model stuff requires some very specific design parameters, the chances that we could get together and build something that would make the power of even an OEM system is almost nil.
Give me an address, I'll mail a check on Monday. And I'll follow up with more now and then when I can. It ain't much but it might help.

Tex....$400 for a Stainless Nordic Horn....make the check out to Zack and I'll get going on it.

stock cb350 is 1 3/8", modificated runs 1 1/2" . i will let ya borrow my racer if ya want to do it. of course i would have to have ya build a really trick 2 into one high pipe set up for me too. although, i have no complaints about the c marshal/ branson set up i have now.

Yeah I gotta buy some more tooling before long.

Problem is...a good set includes about five die sets for every tube size (different radius bends). That ends up being about $1000 per tube size...and I need 1" through 1.5" in five steps....$5gs is a lot of cash.

chris fabricated some pipes for me two years ago. i reckon they were pricey...450 for the full system. they worked well but i ended up desttroying the end cans after a couple of interesting crashes. branson made me some meg ends to replace the cans.

i cant't wait untill chris needs some glass work so i can return the favor of a large bill. ha ha

just messin
