Start looking for older headlight speedo housings on ebay. Lots of jap bikes used these in the 1960s (yamaha and honda espically). I prefer ones from a cb77 superhawk. You can hallow out the gauges and use them to mount your stock gauges. There is a company that makes a repo ducati headlight shell that mounts a speedo nicely. the key switch would also be in the headlight.
