i'll be sure to try and wave as you go by. john, i hope you bump to 350gp again. i was just trying to survive it the last weekend. i wont let you by as easy as i did last time. although you and d'angelo were flying. that thing really is fast.
that fucking chicane is either a blessing or a curse. the only person to ever seriously slam the door on me there was aaron and he did a masterful job of it. he shoved a wheel up there and just ran me off wide. and he did it late in the corner too. probably when i was going too slow for him. fortunately i ate him up before we got to t1 and i never saw him again. i usually dont like to crowd there, but its a great low speed corner to get up next to someone in. youre way better in the high speed stuff anyway. you have the guts to keep jamming into places like t1, t10, etc.. youre too fast going into 1 and im afraid of you losing the front going in and taking me out. (kinda like you should be afraid of me going into 2 and taking you out now) that and i know i can catch you other places. its all fun no matter what. if i can beat a few people in the process then its even better. i was looking at my results from the past year or so and what a story those tell. mid pack in lwsv, last 30% in 350gp. like a 3rd from last one weekend. another mid pack in lwsv. a 2nd from last one weekend in 350gp. if i could stop crashing and actually get racing, i think i could do ok!
nope, if i was going to go anywhere to race this weekend it'd be schubie. moving in a month and a half is wreaking havoc on my work and wallet. i work from home and the new place has no shop. so i'll be out of business for a while and hopefully building a new shop. but we'll see about that.
i wish i could have time to do anything. glad you got a van.
I thought that might be a message directed at me when it started "Blah blah blah, motors..."
Everyone: the sweet van he's borrowing is for sale if anyone's interested. Although Aaron has first "dibs."
