Shit! I may not make it after all though. I was planning on comming on the 29th but it's my sisters 21st birthday. I'm going to try to come up on Fri the 28 but I'm not sure yet. I'll do my best.

not busy usually and that is when the CW magazine people are out in force. Last year I met Pete Egan on friday night with my father. And I thought I was tall (he's almost 6'6", I'm 6'4.9sumpthin" and I felt shorter than him). Hey Jim....are you a vjmc member?

Long answer - I joined the VJMC for a year - probably in 2001 or 2002. I got a couple of the monthly mags, saw that absolutely nothing was happening in my area in terms of club events, got mostly ignored by the greybeards at the booth in Mid-Ohio, and declined to renew. I've been on the email list since I first got a PC although I only read the digest posts every once in a while - I can only read through a few bitter arguements on if the SuperDream came with a kick stand or a center stand before I get cross eyed. It's probably my misguided Suzuki owning ways (although the Honda goodness is spreading in my garage - there's two of them parked there now) rather than any fault with the VJMC.....

Short answer - not currently a VJMC member....

BTW....if you still have it in the new year I would be happy to take that cb500T off your hands....Maybe trade you for one of my T500s? (Like you need more T500 stuff).

The Hawk does qualify as a Honda.....

Speaking of T500s, any chance I can pick up my bodywork from you at the Cycle World show? Would it be safe in bubblewrap and a box to schlep it back on the train?
