hey highside degrasse.....hope you heal quickley. thanks afor a great race this weekend. wish i could have hung in there to give you some real problems. did you get 4th in lwsv?? i know i was running in 4th when i went down and got back in at about the same point. of course before crashing again. so you should have gotten 4th or 5th id guess. if you didnt lose any places. anyway, hope you feel better soon.

chin up aaron. cant wait to see the 175 done. cool little bike. i need to borrow that bike shrinking machine you use. pretty cool.

I ended up 7th. you sure you were in fourth when you crashed? someone may have passed me when I went wide around you and tried not to clip your flailing limbs. I got passed by decamp a lap or two after you crashed. I don't recall any other passes but who knows. I think he made third place after getting up, he was flying. I was pretty tentative after my turn 10 spill. I almost lost it again coming out of turn 3 getting on the gas. the ass end came out until I backed off the throttle. I was told the crowd gasped all together, cool stuff.

strempf's duc is fast. gives me more motivation to get that aeromacchi together so I can play in 350gp too.

yes you are. but I thought I asked you once why he was running a drum brake and you said he was running in 500gp. I probably wasn't listening. doesn't he have a drum brake up front?

aaron is absolutely correct about this. why he reads the rules for other classes than his i dont know. i would love to have you guys out there in 350gp on some more equally matched bikes. although jeremy seems to be equally matched ebough on his 350/4!! there was a guy between us on a 350 honda. the guy with the yellow helmet, he was there at one point. i have a pic. going into t2 on the first lap, after the 1st guy went down, i was 4th. you might have been 2nd behind me. mike and my dad were both counting from t2. i really did get a great start. if it had been dry, i think i could have finished pretty well. there are some seriously fast bikes in lwsv though. i do really well in lwsv though.

cant wait til next time

you're probably right, I think I remember seeing dave katz (yellow helmet). I may have lost a spot or two when you crashed and when decamp passed me back after crashing. my start wasn't great but was better than I've had in the past. at least I wasn't last in the grid this time. and yes, there are some wicked fast guys out there, but they're all going down!

I am now a 550+ motor with 12.7:1 compression and dont have a freekin moment to finish the thing. I got rid of the drum because the disc set up is simple to work with if something breaks off.

Aaron, thanks for the front end, I am going to check it out soon and install it , I think.

On a lighter note, I'm happy Jeremy didn't break anything and could walk away from that highside....(with an increasing limp, as the day progressed)

His helmet was pretty messed up though. I was amazed to find out he landed on his head....How could that have happened? Go figure!<img src=icon_smile_shock.gif border=0 align=middle>
