Judeyramone,
Texy just posted a link to an FZ600 on e-bay, in the vasectomy thread. (Where is Texy's head at?) It is in Harpers Woods MI. If I bid on it and win could you pick it up and hold it for me? Maybe even bring it to RA? I'll even make you a deal. It comes with a Kawasaki KZ440 with title. If you can help me you can have the Kaw and sell it to fund your racing effort for either this year or next. Let me know ASAP since there are only 2 hrs left on the auction.

Well,
I just bid a couple of times on it and was outbid both times. I really don't want to go very high on it due to location and timing, plus I am working on another one closer to WI. I guess I will wait till the last minute and try and snipe in on it. If anybody else wants it feel free to bid on it. It won't hurt my feelings at all. Just post here and I won't even bother to bid it up at the last minute.

But, Judey if you are interested in having te Kaw and making a buck for racing, then I would go after it a little more agressively.

Haven't you bought it yet? I got permission from my wife this morning to make the races. Am I wrong? Is $850 not a good deal on this package? If I have to deliver the bike, I won't have any choice but to go to the races! C'mon man, get on it!!

I have bid it up over $500 now. My wife is starting to get a little cranky about it. $850 is a good price for the package except I don't want anything to do with the Kawi. I can't really afford to spend much more fore a bike that I won't even be able to see until June. Although I really like the idea of a spare motor.

We will see.

I'm willing to pitch in up to something like $150 on the Kaw. I don't want it either but I can turn it around & make a couple bucks. If you win it, I can overnight you a check or something.

Judey,
I am now high bidder, but still haven't met reserve. If you are willing to go $150 for the Kaw, that would be great. Don't worry about getting me a check, we can always settle up at RA when you bring the bike over or something.

I'm keeping an eye on the auction. I can definitely make a couple bucks on the 440. I MIGHT be able to pitch in more than $150 - MIGHT. We'll have to wait & see. If I can walk away with $100, it'll be worthwhile. Keep me up to date.

My guess is his reserve is $800. If I had the cash, I'd do the $850 buy it now & sell 'em both for a couple hundred profit (& you'd be out in the cold). I can contribute no more than $200. Figure that into your bid. This is very exciting for me. I hope we win it.

OK, The show ended and we are the high bidder. I contacted him about making a deal now. I offered to go higher than my last bid. We will see what happens.

Ken,
Saw this a little late, but I could use the upper and some other street stuff off the FZ if you're still planning on using R6 bodywork.

BTW, I went back to get the phone # for the one on the Chicago Craigslist and the ad was already gone. It must have sold fairly quickly.
