Hi, I am currently working on a K1100RS project, and thinking to add K1200 wheels. I understand i might need to add some spacers, but not sure with the spec. Any suggestions or advice on this is greatly appreciated.

String test the alignment on your machine now,
mount the donor wheel and string test it to determine the total offset,
your modification needs half that amount to centre
... I think you might need to remove some

I agree with your point of view. First of all string test alignment but most importantly your modification needs some more. Good luck with that.
