know anything about this seat?

Airtech has a seat (C3) that looks like it's designed for the CB450 or maybe 350, but it should fit the 450 almost perfectly.

Anyway, I've heard bad things about their products so I'm a bit worried.

I like the fact that the seat should fit with the stock rear fender & frame loop since it's a street bike & I don't want to hack it up.

Are there any alternatives to this seat?

And, one more question - how does one go about upholstering one of these if it comes bare like that? I suppose I could just head down to the local auto upholstery place but I was hoping there was a cheaper way (like doing it myself).
