Definately at the very least a metro-sexual bike.

I assume the engine is made by whoever makes KTM engines...who makes the rest of the bike? Honda?

Zack...has Aaron asked you yet about joining our race team?...You'll only have to be the beer fetch boy for a year. Then you get promoted to big head polisher for those members of our team with big heads whoever they may be.

What makes us a team you ask? We are a team because we say we are a team.

I thought KTM used Rotax engines....or something like that. And I wasn't aware that they produced a GP chassis at all.

Nope...just checked their website, looks like they've been making their own engines for quite some time. See what happens when I don't pay attention for twenty years.

wow...they've come along way since being just another stupid Euro brand. If they keep it up they might make real motorcycles some day.

See.... I've returned the thread to KTM... I'm such a nice guy.

yea man, that's some trick shit. V4 MotoGP engines? their dirt bikes are making a big enough splash that they can play with roadracing. i love it. they've got a 250 GP project now too. "KTM hat trick in roadracing; 125, 250 and motogp"...headline from 2018. Kenny Roberts' team is defnitely the place to excel in motogp too...yeesh.

Hehehe... yeah he's got all that success from the Proton team to work with.
I'd definately consider a KTM sport bike. It would be nice to have a real mass produced Euro Sportbike that didn't have the same...errr..quality..as a Ducati. I've certainly never heard of any quality issues with KTM...hell, they are practically Germans.

The final year of the Proton 2strokes were VERY fast bikes. They got a few pole positions with them.

Take a KTM 950 Adventurer for a test ride. Really. Awesome bike.
