Well I thought I was gonna get the tank back on and test to see if my bike would start....... until I noticed the bike was leaking gas at the bottom lower seam.

What's best to do, weld the seam? new tank? Por15?

tank is freshly cleaned and de-rusted and bike is cb350. If POR 15 is the way to go where is the best place to get it???

better than POR 15

Seal Pak

and by a loooooooooong shot too

but much more expensive

if the tank is nothing really special

take it to your local radiator shop

mine will do one for 25-35 bucks with the red liner stuff that works just fine

but it won't seal a leaking seam nearly as large as the very tough Seal Pak liner will

and seal pak will also hold up to hot oil

it's mil spec stuff in used in most all aircraft fuel tanks
