making harleys look good...

Hello all, new to the forum.

I'm currently trying to transform my 883 sportster into a more cafe-looking bike. Does anyone know of any good sites/shops that would sell parts (mainly handlebars, tanks, and a new seat) that would fit on a harley? Thanks in advance,

m.

this is what you want to build:

mecatwin in france makes cafe racer parts for modern sportsters:

http://www.mecatwin.com/

this is also cool:

american cafe racers, but I don't think they sell individual parts. Something to shoot for though.

There are plenty of guys that flattrack and drit track sportsters and XRs, some of their parts will swap over and make good cafe racer parts (like seats and tanks).

dresda used a sporty motor in a norton frame and built this badass:

They may be able to sell you a frame kit and you can go from there.
