Want to convert 2004 CB600F to Cafe racer.

Am new to this but Cafe racers scream tough daily driver to me - and my CB600F fits the bill.

Please forgive my ignorance and be gentle.

You have a long way to go to turn a cbr into a cafe. However, since honda turned it into a naked bike alll you have to do is take it a little farther. Strip he bodywork, put on some round guages, headlight and some sort of seat and you might start getting their. I really can't visualize it in my head right now, but if you start by stripping away all the bodywork and just put back what you need. It will certainly be doable and different.

He said CBF, not CBR. There is no bodywork on a CBF. I'd just go with some clip-ons and a little blast screen. Maybe look into a dual headlight setup for the bling... I love that look. The 'Hornet' should accept the same sort of mods the naked SV guys are doing. Have a look around the SVrider site when it's back online for some ideas.

Oops, George is right. Nevermind the whole stripping the bodywork thing. Decide what sort of cafe look you want and go for it.
