I'm in the process of replacing all internal parts on my master cyl and well, i haven't gotten very far. i can't find a pair of c ring pliers small enough to get in there to get the clip out. anyone have a lead on a set that works? i tried some of the better ones from sears, but had no luck. need help!

I have done 2 different things. Snap-on pliers with replacable tips will work if you use extra long ones. You can make some and grind the tips if you want. I hace also been successful using a sharp pick or scribe to lift one end of the circlip out of its groove and then pulling the clip out. Be carefull about scoring or gouging the M?C body that way.

if yu use air to remove the puck, it will literally come flting out then shoot brake fluid everywhere like a crime scene. just a warning. if you try to use that method. be sure to wrap it like they say.

a little late on the suggestion. it shot directly at my balls. i was spitting up blood and brake fluid. but i got that little baster out. it feels like shit though. needs new pads, and forks rebuilt now.
$500 bike means $1000 bike.
