Anyone interested in my cafe cl350?

Track day bike, and impractical
(aka uncomfortable) street bike. $1900.00.
Has ALOT of custom work done to it and almost all the parts are new, like,
tapered neck bearings, new swing arm bushings, fork tubes, head light, 32mm
VM carbs, etc etc. Dyno tuned carbs, bike has 24.88 hp. Im a professional
motorcycle mechanic and this bike was built right. My work's website is,
http://www.jdscycle.com .
Pic is of bike when it was 95% done, currently has headlight, license plate
mount and rear brake light.

Two pictures I have available at work are.

The last is a scan of a page in the 2006 Tucker Rocky distributing catalog
that features my bike and myself at Pocono FUSA.
Bike also one 3rd place at the PA National hillclimb bike show in the pre
'74 class.

It will take me ages I am sure
but I guess ill try and wrestle something together
from my growing scrap heap.
Unless of course another shiny thing comes along
tempting me to forgo rent and other such annoyances.

So glad to read that comment about exhaust and power.
I often scratch my head in confusion
wondering why loud, short, straight, pipes-with no baffling, no vacuum
or no real pipes at all -doesnt bring about a noticible drop in power.
I lost one pipe not long ago
and felt like I was on a moped riding home......
PS
I think I am more of a wannabe wanker
cuz I cant even get my parts to stay on my bike

Yeah, but Tex I think some of your "lost" parts are intentional and designed to take out those who are behind you. Or at least make them nervous enough to slow down a little or be a little hesitant to get too close. I mean it just can't be that they're all due to less than (even if only slightly) perfect workmanship. I am not what you'd call a perfectionist in that regard and I can only remembe ever losing one muffler on the track. Oh yeah and the pipe on Clancy's bike that broke off, but I don't think that counts because it wasn't my bike....... at least not at the time.

That is a nice looking bike though. Someone should grab it.

its good thing you said that mike, because was just sitting and thinking "bullshit, he lost my pipe!"

youd think with the amount of bailing wire holding tex's ike together nothing could fall of. well, except him!
