Mikuni 22mm for B'Stone

Can anyone tell me if the Mikuni 22mm carbs now on ebay will work as an upgrade on my Bridgestone DT175? I'm running the stock 19's now. Ebay #'s 260038636297, 280037390811. I know I'll need new manifolds.
