Anybody have a good source for replacement pistons on the single piston brakes used on 360's & 500's. I have been scouring for a good used one but everything is pitted. How about the braided lines some of you suggest?
old bike barn dot come seems to have some braided lines..... i don't want to sound like i'm pushing for this guy but Dean at Baltimore Cycle Salvage always seems to help me out when i need some used part too.
Take your old piston to a machine shop they can make you one, I had my dad make one out of stainless. The only place for brake lines should be http://www.helusa.com/ they are great, good service, good prices. They have a pressure switch that lets you get rid of the stock brakelight switch and just run a straight line looks nice.
