Hello. First things first, I am a complete noob when it comes to cafe racers so please pardon if this is something really dumb:
Me and a friend are thinking about building a cafe racer but old models of bikes (like the Yamaha xs125) are really expensive and hard to find (In my country we don't have craigslist). Is it possible to do a project of this kind with a newer bike (like the one bellow) or is that something that, for some reason, would make it a lot more complicated?
