so, aaron, after reading this, it seems that theres no limiter on the stock box anyway??? you got new springs with your head yeah? did you check the valves??? chris discovered both of his valves were bent when we tried to put his back together last night. kind of interesting. also, the in is like 18 bucks, the ex is like 35. guess i probably just shouldnt be reving mine like it doesnt matter anymore. anyone know if you can get a tach for them for road racing??

Curves and limiters are indeed different.

I did the whole head over. Valves, springs, and retainers.

Please don't help me with your xr100 knowledge...

did you do any porting and flow work? i too have read things about the stock limiter and thought it was real. thats why i asked. have you dynod yours yet?? just curious what your getting for numbers. hopefully we'll have chris' done in the next week or so and can get it to the dyno for break in and some runs. then maybe run mine in stock form to see how it matches.

No flow Joe...

I didn't flow mine. I also haven't dynoed mine either. I heard stock, its a little over 6 rear wheel hp. I know that a stock ttr 125 has 7hp on the dyno.

I don't plan on building the fastest xr100 out there, I just wanted to build a little bit of mid range power.
