I'd never heard of a IZH Planet before, so I have just googled it. Apparently they were imported under the Cossack/Neval brand.
I can vaguely remember a Neval back in the 80's, it had a BMW Boxer style engine, sidecar (the sidecar wheel was driven) and a reverse gear. Very rugged if not impressive.
I look forward to seeing the finished bike.
