I put out GT's and Mongooses because I heard that they were both bought out and being mass produced. I picked a Haro just because I've met Bob, many, many years ago he was helping with a demo/race I race in when I was like 10 and seemed really cool even though at the time he mostly did freestyle. I also had a mongoose proclass and it great at the time, but next to the bike I just purchased it felt like a tank. The funny thing is I didn't by the latest and greatest race bike. I actually bought a jumping bike, with big axles, reinforced frame and the thing is still way lighter than anything I've ever ridden. i was going to build something to race, but I figured I still have my hands full with projects for my number one hobby. So I wimped out I just bought the bike, but most of decision was just based on the fact I wanted to see some racing, and there was no one there.
